ECMWF Joint OSSE Nature Runs Data Description

Nature Run is a free forecast run with daily SST and ice.  Model used is Version c31r1 (id=128), which is similar model used for interim reanalysis at ECMWF (c31r2).  The reason for using a free forecast run is explained at:
